  • Complete the registration using a valid email ID and mobile number.

  • Log in, fill out the application form with personal and educational details, and upload scanned documents (photograph, signature, thumb impression).

  • Pay the application fee online and submit the final form before November 30, 2026. Print a copy for your records.
