• Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate Senior Secondary or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 50%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.)

Code 02

• Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate Senior Secondary or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 45%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.) according to NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002

Code 03

• Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate Senior Secondary or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 50%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

• Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate Senior Secondary or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 50%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C./D.El.Ed.)

• Qualification: Shiksha Mitra
• Additional Requirement: Passed Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from IGNOU

• Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate/Senior Secondary or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 50%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum Marks: At least 50%
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education)

Code 07

• Qualification: At least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post-Graduation
• Additional Requirement: Passed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
• Note: The minimum percentage requirement for graduation does not apply to candidates who enrolled in Bachelor of Education or equivalent courses before July 29, 2011.
