Race:

Male- 1 Mile in 06 Minutes | Female- 500 Meters in 2 Minutes 30 Seconds

For Ex-Servicemen above 35 years, the Physical Efficiency Test will consist of 1 Mile jogging in 10 Minutes

Long Jump:

Male- 14 Feet | Female- 08 Feet

High Jump:

Male- 04 Feet | Female- 03 Feet
