  • Complete the registration process with a valid email/mobile number, fill out the detailed application form, and upload all required documents (e.g., photo, signature, certificates).

  • Pay the non-refundable application fee online by the deadline, which is November 25, 2025.

  • Finalize the submission by November 27, 2025, and print a copy of the filled-out application form and the payment receipt for your records
