Candidate must have completed Bachelor of planning | Post Graduate Diploma Course in Remote Sensing and GIC Specialization in Urban and Regional Studies | Master in Planning | Master in Town Planning | Master in Regional Planning | Master in Urban Planning | Master in City Planning | Master in Country Planning | Equivalent.

  • Register: Visit bpsc.bihar.gov.in, click "Apply Online," and complete the one-time registration to get your User ID and Password.

  • Payment: Log in to your dashboard the following day (or as per the portal schedule) to pay the application fee online.

  • Fill Details: Complete the application form by entering your personal information and educational qualifications (Planning degree/GIS diploma).

  • Upload & Submit: Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, and certificates, then submit the form and download the final PDF for reference.
